Proposal may vary ranging between $100-$5,000 per promotion

Requirements:
Applicant shall secure support of small business or corporate sponsors, and service companies, maintain contact with local radio and print media and manage advertising promotions.
Hours:
Flexible hours. Plan your own schedule. Answer your own questions: "What will it take for me to satisfy my financial requirements? How much energy am I willing to spend accomplishing my goals?"
Experience:
The successful applicants are good at introducing themselves, and conducting purposeful conversations. The applicant should be caring, yet possess a 'get it done' personality. It is not necessary, but sales experience welcome. Also not necessary but welcome is any experience in music business/communication/marketing experience or related education: not required, but we prefer that you have earned an associates or bachelor's degree. Must be able to assemble a one page written proposal and make presentation to us on line, over the phone, and in person to obtain this job. The same will be required during your experience for doing business in your position.
Travel:
Travel may be necessary, but not required. Justified travel expense re-embursed.
Organization:
Must keep great records. Periodic plan reviews will be scheduled. Be willing to take charge in sculpting your own goals, expectations, and outcomes. Plan what you want to accomplish.
