Liz is owner of Pathways to Wholeness; Life Coaching, Inc. She partners with those who want to make positive life changes via the miracle of "life planning and coaching." Liz has a Master's Degree in social work from Eastern Michigan University. She received her life coaching training through the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT), an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited program. For more information about Liz or Pathways to Wholeness; Life Coaching, Inc. Liz also reads music, plays piano and clarinet.

Carlos serves as Tyscot Records’ Director of StreetTeams Promotions and Marketing, Kentucky. He holds a business administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and marketing and engineering certificates of study from Berklee College of Music, Boston. Carlos earned his scholarship to Berklee to the department of composition and arranging, and he holds a diploma in children's literature writing from the Institute of Children's Literature. He is author of Consumine Desire Masters the Secret Power of True Love and the Solrac (Soul-Rock) Music genre. Carlos is a musician, performance and recording producer, artist development coach and songwriter. He helps artists, professionals, youth, and youth service organizations position themselves in the World Change Music Market.

• Our services are provided on a monthly retainer fee basis. Client confidentiality is paramount. Because we service clients at all stages of career development we never reveal a client's name nor identifying information. We leave that privilege to our clients. Our greatest marketing tool is "word of mouth" referrals!

This service provides an in-depth evaluation and roadmap for artists who want to take their skills and gifts to the next level! The package allows musicians to actually experience the exclusive coaching and management services provided by Liz and Carlos, your Artist Development Coaching team, and includes:  

• An evaluation of music and life coaching needs and goals (a $50. value).
• A 15 minute introductory goal setting coaching call (a $60. value).
• One week of daily detailed email correspondence with your coaches. During these contacts you will actively work on goal setting and achievement (a $70. value).
• A comprehensive clarity call, a 30 minute summary call with your coaches. During this session Liz and Carlos will offer feedback and help you navigate your individual pathway to success. This customized evaluation will be based on the information you’ve shared with your coaches during the week (a $120. value).
